Our story
For Pets Sake first opened its doors in 2013 in Angaston, in the beautiful Barossa Valley wine region. In 2025 I took the leap and became the owner of this character-filled shop. I’d fallen in love with the community – the familiar faces, wagging tails, cats tucked under arms, and the joy of seeing pets come in for pats, chats, and far too many treats.
The heart of For Pets Sake has always been strong ethics and genuine care, and I’m proud to continue that legacy while adding my own touch. Today, the shop is evolving with a renewed focus on Australian-made brands, local makers and small businesses whose values align with ours. We’re committed to curating sustainable, natural, high quality products that support both the wellbeing of pets and the world they live in.
For Pets Sake remains what it has always been – a warm, welcoming space where pets are family, community matters and thoughtful choices make all the difference.
