Return policy

We understand that sometimes your purchase does not work out as planned or that the size wasn't quite right so we will happily accept items back for a full refund or exchange.

Any item being returned must have its original packaging or tags and be in the same condition as when originally you purchased it for a full refund.  Please ask for a receipt if you think you may need to return your purchase.

We will accept returns up to 14 days from date of purchase.  If you are not able to come into the store within that time frame, no problem, just give us a ring or email us to let us know that your purchased item needs to be returned.

Remember all our pet food ranges are guaranteed for flavour.  If your dog or cat refuses to eat it after a reasonable transition period then just return the opened bag to us and we will give you a full refund!
